On July 17 our presenter at the SAIL Brown Bag Lunch will be Tyler Torlone of the Potomac Agency in Shepherdstown. His talk, "The Legacy Blueprint", will include information on:
• The three key areas of planning every family needs to address
• The difference between a Will and a Living Trust, and which is right for you
• The essential documents that protect you and your loved ones.
• How to avoid the time, cost, and stress of probate.
• Special planning situations: blended families, business succession, and heirs with special needs.
• How estate planning integrates with your broader financial picture.
This presentation is designed to walk you through everything you need to know to protect your family, preserve your assets, and leave a lasting legacy, without the confusion or legal jargon.
